Reactive breakdown service
Cool Solution Refrigeration operates a 24 hour breakdown service. All service vans carry equipment required to fault find, diagnose and repair air conditioning and refrigeration plant failures. All service vehicles carry a large range of commonly used spares for most brands of equipment, enabling a first time fix in a majority of breakdowns. Should additional parts be required, our Cardiff depot is centrally located and houses a comprehensive warehouse.
Cool Solution engineers are fully trained and qualified. Regular courses are attended at equipment manufacturers training centres enabling engineers to be familiar with the latest technology.
Our computer monitoring system at our Cardiff depot records the progress and out come of all reactive breakdowns enabling a fast and accurate update to be given to our customers.
Cool Solution does not utilise call centres. All out of hours beak downs are routed through our Cardiff office to the appropriate departmental manager, who then allocates the call to an engineer. An accurate E.T.A. is given to the customer and an update made upon attendance completion.
We realise that when equipment fails a hasty response is required. Cool Solution operates a same day attendance guarantee giving customers confidence that help is at hand as required.
