Cool Solution installation engineers are fully trained in the current installation regulations. Engineers are polite and courteous. Emphasis is placed upon health and safety. All installations are preceded by a site pack consisting of risk assessment, method statement, health and safety policy, insurance details, work schedule and permit program. A hand over comprising of a full demonstration and operation manual are carried out upon completion.
