Regular servicing is important to ensure that air conditioning and refrigeration plant is working correctly and efficiently. Prevention is better than cure. Good quality servicing can save customers expensive bills from system damage caused by worn or faulty components.
Cool Solution service procedures ensure that the complete system is maintained to the highest possible standard in line with H.V.A.C. guidelines. A detailed service sheet containing 18 crucial checking procedures is filled out for every individual piece of equipment. Upon completion the service sheets are compiled and bound to form a service log to be kept on site by the customer.
An important element to the service procedure is cleaning and sanitising. As a standard procedure all fascias and filters are thoroughly cleaned. All drip trays, coils and drains are cleared and sanitised with anti bacterial chemicals to destroy mould spores, eliminating foul odours and potentially harmful bacteria.
